Utangard Farm is owned and operated by us, Patrick and Morgan Ellis. We have both owned poultry (and many other critters!) throughout our lives, and are passionate advocates for sustainable living. With deep roots in New England and a shared love of farming, we set out to create a boutique-style hatchery that prioritizes quality over quantity and focuses on breeds that support a more resilient and self-sufficient lifestyle.
